Classically-trained, yet uniquely innovative, Omar Lopez has combined the elements of jazz, rock, Latin, world music, pop, R&B, and electronica to create his own inspired style. This versatility is mirrored by the members of his own live band. David Lynch of THE AUSTIN CHRONICLE says: "The classical training of Austin's worldly violinist Omar Lopez shows in his fiery technique [and] sweet tone. Lopez's themes - transition, impermanence, transformation - find him engaged in deeper issues than the typical concerns of his cohorts."

It's back! The Bulletin Babes host another evening of singing your favorite hymns - both old and new. Will your favorites make the list? Almost everyone has treasured memories of hymns they learned as children -- or hymns that had a special meaning at certain times of life. Sometimes the words may not reflect our present spiritual understanding, but the energy behind them is still powerful and joyful -- and important! The evening will also include historical tidbits about some of the most beloved hymns as well as some interesting metaphysical spins on some of those we only thought we couldn't sing in Unity - and not a word will be changed! And as if that wasn't enough, this evening of music and fellowship will end with an ice cream social!
