Neuroscience, and has made a special study of happiness and
the brain. This workshop will explore several proven
techniques on how to be happier and more peaceful, as well
as how to reduce daily stress. Sandi will help students
uncover their biggest challenges to cultivating joy and
peace in their lives, in an atmosphere of love, laughter and
acceptance.
