REV. KURT CONDRA
ASSOCIATE MINISTER

Kurt Condra, who finished ministerial school in June 2004 and was ordained by the Association of Unity Churches, brings his loving, nurturing energy to our Youth & Family Ministries. He is devoted to helping kids realize their divine potential while inspiring adults to recognize the perfect child that lives in each of us. In addition, Kurt leads our Unity Chaplains and oversees small group ministries, membership development and church communications.

He is a former Californian with a communications degree from Cal State-Fullerton and a background in publishing. In the pre-Internet days, he worked for both the Los Angeles Times and San Francisco Chronicle in their electronic media divisions. He then switched to print media serving as an editor for Newport Communications, a small trade magazine publisher. Eventually named its Managing Editor, he directed production of all five of the company’s titles. As part of his journey into ordained ministry he also worked for two years as an administrator for an Episcopal Church.

Kurt was introduced to Unity in 1994 and joined Unity Community Church in Laguna Hills, CA, shortly after. There he served as board president and director of communications. He is 46 and single.
