How to Become a Member of UCD

The meaning of church membership strikes different people at different times. Some people know as soon as they discover Unity Church of Dallas that this is where they belong, and they declare it as their church home. Others attend services and become active volunteers, but they might wait for years before they join officially.

Whenever you are ready, UCD is, too! Membership is offered at least twice a year.

Unity Core Class
Saturdays, August 2-23, 7-9 pm
Cost: Love Offering
Instructors: Rev. Ed Townley
8 SEE Elective Credits available

Learn Unity’s core teachings, then become part of the core of our wonderful church! This four-week class is required before joining as a member. Learn about Unity’s basic principles, the rewards of tithing and service, the history of the Unity movement and our emphasis on prayer and prosperity. Then decide whether to sign up as a new member.

This class is not required for transplants who have been members of other Unity churches. Membership may be transferred with a letter from the previous church and participation in Membership Sunday.

Plan to attend the 11 am Celebration service to be blessed by the congregation.
