In this section, we will answer questions about our church, its history, mission, and vision, and the Unity movement.

Basic Unity Principles

God is absolute good, everywhere present.

Human beings have the Christ Spirit within them. Their very essence is of God; therefore they are inherently good.

Human beings create their experiences through the activity of their thinking. Everything in the manifest realm has its beginning in thought.

Prayer is creative thinking that heightens the connection with God Mind and therefore brings forth wisdom, healing, prosperity and everything good.

Knowing and understanding the laws of Life, also called Truth, are not enough. A person must also live the Truth that he or she knows.

Unity Church of Dallas Mission

The Mission of Unity Church of Dallas is to teach and empower all people to know and express God's love in their daily lives.

For further definition/explanations, please visit our pamphlet center (next to the bookstore), our bookstore (an immediate right off the main entrance) or join us for Unity Core Class, a class on Basic Unity Principles, that is offered three times a year.

Unity Church of Dallas is a spiritual life center that welcomes all people interested in experiencing God’s love and understanding the divine power within themselves.

Unity is more a way of life than a religion. It seeks to apply the principles taught by Jesus in a practical way that enhances our way of living in the world today.
