All stress can be deposited outside the front door, as we plan to use ancient, yet gentle tools, to relax and awaken Inner Peace & Joy!
This special Interactive Workshop will include:
- Gentle and Restorative Yoga
- Chanting to Open the Heart
- Deep Breathing Techniques (Pranayamas)
- Affirmations to Uplift Awareness
- Guided Meditation into Joy & deep Inner Silence.
Please bring your own mats, blankets, and cushions for sitting on the floor. Chairs will be provided.
Supriya is a minister with Ananda on this path of Self-Realization for over 15 years and has devoted her life to living and sharing the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. Trained as an Ananda Yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and Raja Yoga instructor, Supriya is experienced in teaching beginning and advanced students. Her warm and relaxed manner is appreciated by everyone.
