1pm Mindful Eating - Meditating on Our Relationship with Food

When you think about the way you eat, do you know that your body deserves better?

Has "eat better", "eat healthier", "eat cleaner", "eat fresher" been on your to-do list for a long time?

Would you like to change your relationship with food from a drive-by, fast food fix to an experience that improves your health and lowers your stress levels?

Mindful Eating gives you the tools to experience food and eat for your highest good.

This four-session class covers strategies for connecting with your body and understanding what it wants and needs. Tools to end negative self-talk, binge eating, and overeating are covered and practiced during the sessions.

Each class ends with a guided meditation that can be used between classes to support the change we wish to see.

Daily supportive text messages and exercises from the book "Mindful Eating: A Guide to Rediscovering a Healthy and Joyful Relationship with Food" (Revised Edition) by Jan Chozen Bays serve to reinforce the material.

This class emphasizes meditation as a calming, life-affirming process that rewires our brains so we experience food in a nurturing and healthful way.

Class Fee: $80 per four class session, or $25 each class
