6:30pm iRest Meditation

Find your Inner Resource, restore the soul and transform stressful experiences into personal well-being and renewed purpose.  May help with sleep, pain management, and symptoms of PTS. 
 
 •  No previous yoga experience necessary
 •  Adaptive for all bodies and mobilities
 •  Evidence-based… we’ll share the “why”
 •  Classes are free to veterans, first responders, and families

Will be held in the Assembly Room (downstairs).
please arrive on time, and feel free to bring a yoga mat, cushion, and blankets if you prefer to use your own -- equipment is provided.
