Join us for a full day of meditation.

New sessions begin every hour on the hour and last for about 45 minutes.

We learned 21 types of Meditation during our training and you are sure to be attracted to one or more of the many styles. 

We begin at 9 AM and continue through the day with the last session beginning at 7 PM. Come for one session, come for them all. 

This event is a donation-based community service program.
