Experience the power of meditating in a group on Saturdays with Al Mahesh!

In this class facilitated by Al Mahesh from Ananda Dallas participants are exposed to meditation in the style of Paramhansa Yogananda, a Self-Realized master, author of Autobiography of a Yogi, and pioneer who brought Yoga to the West and taught the similarities between the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita.

Topics covered include how to meditate – posture, breathing, energization of the body, breath control (Pranayama), mantras, and more.

Yogananda’s teachings have reached millions of people and continue to be relevant today to help us find peace and self-realization regardless of outside circumstances.
