The class will be experiential with a number of techniques which can be used in times of stress or to elevate the consciousness. The class will cover:
• Relationship between Breath and Energy
• Tools and methods to harness and raise the body’s natural energy
• Slow down the reactive process in a stressful environment
• Develop a daily practice of intentional breathing
