Meditation Monday is your weekly recharge and refresh.
Every Monday at 7 pm we gather in the Prayer Chapel for meditation and community.
When we arrive, we settle and turn our thoughts inward as we take time to check in with our head, our heart, and our body. Then we breathe, deeply and purposefully. Following a guided meditation, we sit in silence.
Beginners always welcomed. No previous meditation experience needed.
