Meditation is a natural state of the human mind – at rest, open, alert. The practice of meditation has been taught for over 2,500 years as a vehicle for realizing the beauty and magic of the ordinary world without aggression or manipulation.
In our weekly meditation sessions, we offer sitting and walking meditation, a book reading or talk given by a certified guide or instructor and a group discussion.
Free meditation instruction is available; however, we ask that you please arrive at least five minutes early.
You do not need to bring anything with you. There is no dress code, but you should be comfortable sitting for a period of time.
