“Leave Your Nets” Sunday Service

Nov 9, 2025    Rev. Barbara White

Dear Ones,

In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus, our Wayshower, was walking along the Sea of Galilee and saw two fisherman, Peter and Andrew. Jesus said to them, “Leave your nets and follow me…and they straightway left and followed Him”.

As we continue to travel the road of this beautiful month of November we too are also being called to “Leave our Nets”. The nets of old resentments, outdated goals, fears and worn-out self-images.

We are called to move into the higher vibration of Gratitude. Each time we let go of the nets that ensnare us we make room for the enormous gifts and blessings of Spirit to work through us anew. I look forward to seeing you this Sunday at 11 am!

With love and blessings,

Rev. Barbara

The service includes chaplain Louise Ross taking us into prayer and Carla Burns as our platform assistant.

🎶Our CommUNITY Singers sang “I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing” and “I Will Make A Quiet Place”. Guest artist Steven Fontaine performed “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” and “We Live On Borrowed Time”.🎶
