Join Denette Mann for an eight week class on Mindful Self-Compassion.  

This course will help participants learn how to handle the ups and downs of life with more ease.

If you are experiencing: a lost job, divorce, illness, work or caregiver burnout, depression, anxiety, the experience of an angry, judgmental inner critic, or you simply want to grow personally you will learn skills and practices to live a calmer, happier life.

Denette is LPC-S with a Masters in Education. She is certified in EMDR and Mindful Self-Compassion. Denette’s therapeutic approach includes her extensive training in mindfulness, self-compassion, EMDR, attachment-focused therapy and interpersonal neurobiology. She also offers coaching to parents and to those who wish to develop a practice of mindfulness and self-compassion.
