Meditation for Beginners - Isha Kriya Technique
Every Saturday in February (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th) from 10:30 - 11:30 am
In this one hour session, you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you to meditate effortlessly. This technique does not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done in a chair. Ages 12 and up.
Isha refers to that which is the source of creation. Kriya literally means internal action. What makes this meditation special is its simplicity and effectiveness, bringing a profound transformation in your life with regular practice. Daily practice of Isha Kriya brings improved health, enhanced clarity, heightened focus, increased energy and a greater sense of peace and joy.
