Goodbye, 2023.

Hello, 2024.

Doors and windows are closing and opening all the time. It’s up to us to pay attention and go through the one which is beckoning us.

Some thoughts and tips on this journey in the new year.

Be kind to yourself. You may not like certain things about yourself and have a whole list of things you want to change, improve and do differently.

Treat yourself as you would a friend.

Change ONE thing. That’s it. Just tackle one thing.

Make that one change and get used to your life being different from what it was before. Let that one change become part of your new normal.

As Truth students, we’re used to juggling many ideas and ways of being. Sometimes when we visit the buffet of improvement, our eyes are bigger than our minds and spirit can handle.

Be kind to yourself.

DO ONE THING.

Practice it and let it become part of your nature. Once you have mastered it, then go back to what you want to work on next and work on that.

It is our daily activities and living in the present where we have the greatest opportunities to make a shift and change in our lives.

Where we trip up is trying to do too many things at once. Spiritual multitasking is still multitasking.

Wouldn’t you feel better at the end of 2024 when you look back and see “I made this change, kept it up and my life is so much better”?

We all want to make a difference with our lives and in the world.

It begins with you and then ripples out to the world.

DO ONE THING

May 2024 be wonderful.
