Be thankful. 

What you focus on grows, so focus on the BLESSINGS in your life. 

No matter what you are dealing with, there are things and people to be grateful for. 

Take a breath and say “Thank you, Universe” for the air you breathe, the running water in your home, the roof over your head, the food on your table, your gifts and talents, your friends and family. 

It’s a great way to start and end the day. 

Be grateful. 

Gratitude changes everything. 

Appreciating what is wonderful and precious in your life changes your energy levels allowing you to attract more of the same. 

Want to know how to activate and bring your dreams and hopes to life? 

Start where you are with appreciating what is already in your life. 

You can journal about what you are grateful for and you can also say “I am grateful” throughout your day. Both are powerful tools you can use to start changing your life to what you envision it to be. 

A gratitude journal can be a simple tool you use to change your focus. You can use an existing planner by adding three things you are grateful for at the end or the beginning of your day or you can start a fresh notebook. Want to up the gratitude practice in your life – do both! 

Having a SIMPLE daily gratitude practice changes your focus to the blessings in your life and changes your energy levels to a more positive one. 

Thankful. Blessed. Grateful.
